SybaWeb have been working with Kinetix for just over 2 years now and believe that they have been a tremendous asset to the company. This decision immediately provided better performance in terms of VolP and connectivity. Downtime, which in the past was a regular occurrence has been reduced to null.
Since SybaWeb's involvement with Kinetix we have only had great service and support. This led us to moving all SybaWeb's clients to Kinetix for VoIP. Kinetix have also assisted greatly in providing the best connectivity solution for SybaWeb's clients.
Changes and upgrades to connectivity services or VolP services are often carried out outside of working hours without any disruption to SybaWeb. To date SybaWeb are extremely satisfied with the support and solutions that Kinetix are providing and look forward to moving into the future with them.
