wagThis letter serves as a reference regarding the service and installation we received from Kinetix with regards to our VOIP solution. Our company was looking for a reliable solution for VOIP after a poor experience with Digium/Asterisk. We found that Kinetix was very professional with the presentation of the 3CX product.

I was especially impressed with the knowledge of not only the product but the knowledge of the entire industry. 

Kinetix has a good blend of being personal and at the same time being professional, making you feel comfortable both in the knowledge they provide and the solution they offer. The installation of the system went smooth and the support we received was prompt and timeous.

The solution of 3CX with Neotel has been really good and we have definitely experienced the next level of VOIP. 3CX Offers a lot of features for a growing or in fact any business. The solution is very reliable and stable unlike what we experienced with our previous solution and we have not experienced any hiccups or service downtime.

Would we use Kinetix again? We already are and we have developed a personal relationship as I mentioned before our experience with Kinetix is that they make each customer a priority.

nkwe platinumOur company, Nkwe Platinum (SA) (Pty) Limited, with registration number and address as per the above, have contracted Kinetix Connect through a SLA (Service Level Agreement) since April 2013. 

During this time Kinetix have been professional and efficient in their service to Nkwe Platinum. Particularly the PABX reliability, VOIP service, and maintenance thereof, has been exemplary! 

The manner and professionalism with which client service has been handled throughout has been excellent and, as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone and I certainly would not hesitate to utilise their services again in future.

sybawebSybaWeb have been working with Kinetix for just over 2 years now and believe that they have been a tremendous asset to the company. This decision immediately provided better performance in terms of VolP and connectivity. Downtime, which in the past was a regular occurrence has been reduced to null.

Since SybaWeb's involvement with Kinetix we have only had great service and support. This led us to moving all SybaWeb's clients to Kinetix for VoIP. Kinetix have also assisted greatly in providing the best connectivity solution for SybaWeb's clients.

Changes and upgrades to connectivity services or VolP services are often carried out outside of working hours without any disruption to SybaWeb. To date SybaWeb are extremely satisfied with the support and solutions that Kinetix are providing and look forward to moving into the future with them.
